  • Only fully COVID vaccinated adults will be permitted to attend our indoor classes*
  • Limited Class Size
  • Distanced Seating
  • Outdoor Fresh Air flow
  • HEPA Air Purifiers with UV Light Sanitizer

* We acknowledge that everyone has the freedom to care for their health in the way they see fit. We have chosen to require full vaccination for adults in our INDOOR classes only. This is to protect the health and safety of your children. In our client surveys, our families have overwhelmingly requested this and we hope that you understand. If you are not vaccinated against COVID, you are welcome to attend any of our outdoor classes (masked, as required by local laws) or online. Thank you!

LOVEBUG & ME COVID-19 HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES:

These must be adhered to in order to enroll in our in-person classes. Make sure whomever attends with your child understands and agrees.

Honesty Policy - We are relying on everyone to be honest and up front. Only fully COVID-vaccinated adults may attend our indoor classes. All families must notify us immediately if you or your lovebug contracts COVID.

Vaccination Policy - All adults must be fully COVID vaccinated in order to attend any indoor classes. This means 2 weeks after your second Moderna or Pfizer vaccinations or 2 weeks following your single dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

Wellness Policy - If you, your child, or any members of your household are currently sick or are experiencing (or have experienced) symptoms related to COVID-19 (see list below) within the last 14 days, we ask that you please stay home, and schedule an online Makeup Class via our website. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

Temperature Checks
- Please take temperatures and health assessment of every adult and child prior to coming to our classes. We will be requiring temperature checks prior to entering any of our indoor venues. Anyone with a fever of 100.4 degrees or over will be required to leave class and may schedule a Make Up Class. (see our new Make Up Policy here)

Masks - All caregivers and students aged 2 years and older will be required to wear face masks for the duration of any class. Beginning Summer 2021 for outdoor classes, masks will be required for all un-vaccinated students and parents/caregivers ages 2 & over. Masks are the responsibility of the clients and need to be worn over the nose and mouth at all times. All indoor classes require masks for both vaccinated and unvaccinated caregivers and students 2 years and older.  All of our teachers are fully vaccinated and will be wearing face shields only.

Social Distancing -  All adults and children must strictly comply with physical distancing measures, including: maintaining a safe distance between individuals from different households and this includes kids/students of all ages. We understand that kids like to run and explore, but we need you to remove them far from the group if your child needs to get their wiggles out. Hosts of our Private Series Classes must ensure the outdoor location has enough space for all to social distance.

Sanitizing of Instruments - Our Magical Musical Educators clean & sanitize all instruments and props used in class before and after each use. To increase our health & safety measures, please do not allow your child to share instruments, props or any other class materials.

Blankets - For outdoor classes, we are asking that all families bring their own blanket or sheet to sit on and will act as a visual border to not cross during class. Blankets are to be set up a safe distance from edge to edge.

Hand Sanitizer - Our Magical Musical Educators will have hand sanitizer available. You must clean hands upon arrival/leaving, and after bathroom breaks.

Surfaces -  Any frequently touched surfaces like door handles, light switches, sink handles, bathroom surfaces, tables etc.. that students, parents, caregivers or teachers may come in contact with, have elevated cleaning practices with solutions recommended by the CDC.

Promote Healthy Hygiene Practices - Please wash your hands and your child's hands frequently with soap and warm water. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Cover coughs and sneezes using your arm rather than your hand.

One adult per child - We must limit the number of people in each class and therefore can only allow a maximum of one adult per child and no visitors including older siblings.

*If at any point, our Magical Music Educator feels it is unsafe or that precautions and guidelines are not being followed, the families who are not following the rules will be asked to leave and their class fees will be forfeited. Please do not put our teachers in that difficult position. Everyone has varying comfort levels with precautions and we are doing our best to keep everyone safe.

*There will be no refunds within two weeks of the class start date. Any missed classes may be made up online before the end of the series.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
