LOVEBUG & ME WELLNESS POLICY

When registering for our classes, you affirm that you will abide by the following protocols:

INDOOR CLASSES


  • We will be removing our vax requirement as of 6/12/23. For spring, only fully COVID vaccinated adults will be permitted to attend our indoor classes and are required to show proof of vaccination. Boosters are strongly encouraged. 
  • Temperatures are taken upon arrival
  • All teachers and staff are fully vaccinated and boosted. 
  • Two adult per family maximum allowed to attend each indoor class
  • Outdoor Fresh Air flow*
  • HEPA Air Purifiers with UV Light Sanitizer*
  • Hospital Grade MERV Filters in our HVAC system*
  • Touch-free Hand Sanitization Stations*
  • Hospital Grade, non-toxic disinfectant, atomizing fogger sanitizing between classes for all instruments and props
  • Any frequently touched surfaces like door handles, light switches, sink handles, bathroom surfaces, tables etc. that students, parents, caregivers or teachers may come in contact with, have elevated cleaning practices with solutions recommended by the CDC.

OUTDOOR CLASSES


  • All teachers and staff are fully vaccinated & boosted

  • Please bring a blanket or sheet to sit on and will act as a visual border. Please do not allow your child to go onto another family’s blanket without their OK.

  • Hospital Grade, non-toxic disinfectant, atomizing fogger sanitizing between classes for all instruments and props

LOVEBUG & ME HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS


For the safety of all of our families, these must be adhered to in order to enroll in our classes.

Please make sure whomever attends with your child understands and agrees.


Honesty Policy - Please be honest and up front to protect all of our lovebugs. All families must notify us immediately if you or your lovebug contracts COVID and has been in one of our classes. Please stay home If you are a close contact to someone with COVID-19 for 10 days from the last day that you were exposed. 


Wellness Policy - If you, your child, or any members of your household are currently sick or are experiencing any symptoms, please stay home, and schedule a Makeup Class via our website. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter in not attending if you, your child or caregiver have any of the following symptoms:

  •  Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Contagious rash


Masks - Optional but recommended indoors 


Sanitizing of Instruments - Our Magical Musical Educators clean & sanitize all instruments and props used in class before and after each use. Please bring your LoveBug & Me scarves to class each week.

Hand Sanitizer - Our Magical Musical Educators will have hand sanitizer available. Please clean hands upon arrival/leaving, and after bathroom breaks.


COVID Testing - We request that you and your family be tested for COVID after traveling or when in close contact with crowds or potential infection.


 

*If at any point, our Magical Music Educator feels it is unsafe or that precautions and guidelines are not being followed, the families who are not following the protocols will be asked to leave and their class fees will be forfeited. Please do not put our teachers in that difficult position. Everyone has varying comfort levels with precautions and we are doing our best to keep everyone safe.

POTENTIAL CLASS CANCELLATIONS:


1) In the event that a class needs to be canceled due to a COVID surge, your class will be moved online or to an outdoor location.

2) If we need to cancel due to weather, teacher illness, or anything beyond our control, you will have a choice of participating in an in-person make up or watching a recording of a class. 

Class fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding. Please inquire if you have any questions.
